Your ecovia journey begins when you get in touch with us and send your project enquiry. We review your requirements and schedule a call to discuss your needs. Here are some of the next steps.

Concept, design & quotation

We begin by developing detailed concept designs that meet your and your client’s needs, refining them through several revisions to optimise design, finish, and cost. Once approved and the deposit is paid, the project is handed over to our team for delivery planning.

Full design

Your dedicated project manager refines the concept into precise technical drawings, allowing for up to two revisions before final sign-off. After approval, a detailed contract and final costing are agreed upon, followed by a staged payment.

Manufacture

Once designs are confirmed, production begins with limited scope for further changes, and we provide an estimated delivery timeline of 6–8 weeks. The final balance is paid eight weeks into manufacture, and installation is scheduled.

Install

Our installation team ensures a seamless fit through careful preparation and site checks before the agreed date. The glazing is installed smoothly and professionally, with a clear timeframe provided for larger projects.
